Bio

Lisa is an HR professional with over 20 years of HR experience.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from James Madison University and a Masters’ degree in Human Resource Management from Troy State University.  She is a Certified Professional Coach through the Institute of Professional Coach Excellence (iPEC).  Lisa is also a certified master practitioner in the Energy Leadership Index (ELI).
